Eligibility for Returns

Damaged or Defective Products:

We carefully package our colorful, handcrafted stoneware ceramic products before shipment. In the rare case that your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will offer a full refund or exchange. Please send us photos of the damage for verification.

Wrong Item Received:

If you received an item different from what you ordered, notify us within 14 days. We will arrange a replacement or refund and cover any return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom or personalized products (unless defective or damaged)

• Used, washed, or altered items

Return Process:

Contact us at info@mellowout.nl with your order number and issue description. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Refund & Exchanges:

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. For exchanges (different color, size, or design), contact us within 14 days, and we will guide you through the process.
