1. Processing Time
- In-Stock Products: All products that are in stock will be processed and shipped within 3 business days from the date of your order.
- Pre-Order Products: For products that are made to order, please allow a lead time of 1-2 weeks for production before your order is shipped.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
- Netherlands: 1-2 days
- Europe: 3-5 days
- UK: 3-7 days
- Rest: 7-10 days
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated based on your location on average.
- Should there be a major difference in any shipping price charged and the actual cost, the remaining amount will be refunded to your payment method.
- While we understand that shipping costs can seem high, we hope the speedy and safe delivery of your items is worth the price!
4. Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
5. Customs and Import Duties
- For international orders, please note that customs and import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

- Orders may take longer to pack and ship during high-traffic times like holidays and promotional periods.
- The time between send-off and delivery also varies depending on the address you're having the package sent to.
